Exchange & Return Policy
You will find your jewelry enclosed in a heat-sealed plastic bag. Please examine your purchased designs while they remain sealed in plastic. Decide if they are to your liking. Please notify us immediately if any pieces are damaged in transit, or items are incorrect and we will gladly credit you upon the items return. Once the seal is broken, the jewelry will not be able to be returned or exchanged. If your order is returned to us, you are responsible for return freight. If items are returned and you no longer want the order, you will be assessed a $10 restocking fee.
We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective OR unopened jewelry that you wish to return.
We apologize for any inconvenience. You can take up to 30 days to send your item back to us for exchange or refund. Items must be unopened and unused. Unfortunately, we cannot accept an exchange or a return if the item is not in new/unused condition.
